Climbing is a movement centric sport that can be acquired through practice. Other than climbing regularly, one may also need extra guidance when it comes to specific movement skills.
These 4 sessions (2 hrs each) of technique clinic conducted by our trained and qualified instructors, is a hands-on + feet-on session that focuses on climbing movements, techniques, balance and specific skills set. It will also offer insights to both the physical and mental aspects of climbing.
Our instructors will also guide you on how to warm up and cool down properly. Join us and you will be a better climber!
