Course Description

Climbing is a movement centric sport that can be acquired through practice. Other than climbing regularly, one may also need extra guidance when it comes to specific movement skills.

These 4 sessions (1.5 hrs each) of technique clinic conducted by our trained and qualified instructors, is a hands-on + feet-on session that focuses on climbing movements, techniques, balance and specific skills set. It will also offer insights to both the physical and mental aspects of climbing.

Participants are advised to attend every session as each session forms an integral part of the entire course. Please note that there will be no refund or make up lesson for missing any session.

Our instructors will also guide you on how to warm up and cool down properly. Join us and you will be a better climber!
