CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT POLICY
By making payment for your selected course/s, you and your participants agree to accept the following Terms and Cancellation/Postponement Policy:
(a) Kinetics Climbing Gym reserves the right to cancel the course in the event that there are insufficient participants. We will contact the participants at least 3 days prior to the course and provide the option to select the next available date or receive a full refund.
(b) In the event that the class is full, we will contact the participants and provide the option to select the next available date or receive a full refund.
(c) For the SNCS Level 1 course, we reserve the right to disallow latecomers from participating in the course.
FOR ALL COURSES:

Please note that no refund will be given should you cancel your course.

Anyone who does not attend their scheduled course for any reasons will be considered a “no-show” and payment will be forfeited.

We do not accept any postponement of courses, other than for SNCS Level 1.
SNCS LEVEL 1 POSTPONEMENT:
48 hours notice is required when postponing a course. You will only be allowed to reschedule your course once should you postpone it at least 48 hours in advance. You will also need to pay a re-scheduling fee of $10/pax.
Your payment will be forfeited should you fail to attend the make-up session within 2 months of the original course date.
