CLIMBING KINETICS

Course Description

Climbing is a movement-centric sport that can be acquired through practice. Other than climbing regularly, one may also need extra guidance when it comes to specific movements.

This climbing clinic will be conducted by our trained and qualified instructors over 4 sessions (1.5 hrs each), and is a hands-on (+ feet-on) process that focuses on climbing movements, techniques, balance, and building a specific skills set. It will also offer insights into both the physical and mental aspects of climbing.

Participants are advised to attend every session as each session forms an integral part of the entire course. Please note that there will be no refund or make up lesson for missing any session.

Our instructors will also guide you on how to warm up and cool down properly. Join us and you will be a better climber!

*Receive one Free Gym Entry Pass (worth $19) and a 15% discount voucher (for use at our retail shop) when you submit an online review of the course at the end of the session.
