This is my first time trying out climbing. What should i do?
I would like to boulder on my own here. This is my first time, what should I do?
You have to be at least 13 years old to boulder on you own. Please follow these steps below:
1. Purchase your pass
2. Make payment for the 1st timer registration fee
3. Reserve your slot
4. Fill up the online indemnity form
5. Arrive punctually for your climb!
Climbing shoes are compulsory and you can rent one over the counter prior to your climb.
Making a reservation is highly recommended to ensure you can climb.
Can my child/children climb on their own? Do i have to be around?
Only kids above the age of 13 can boulder on their own. If your child is below 13 and is experiencing climbing for his/her 1st time, we recommend that you sign him/her up for a Just Climb session by calling us.
My child/children is below 13. What are my options?
If he/she has experience bouldering, they can boulder, provided there is an accompanying adult at all times. The accompany adult/s will also have to pay for entry.
I can't purchase the student price online!
Student pricing is only applicable for weekday (and non PH) afternoons from 1pm to 7pm.
I am a multi-pass holder. How can i share my passes with my friends?
Please DM us on social media (IG or FB) or email us with your full name and mobile number as well as your friend/s full name/s and their mobile numbers. This will allow us to make the pass transfer to the right person.
If your friend is new, we will create an account for him/her. Please remind him/her to:
1. Make payment for the 1st timer registration fee
2. Make a reservation
3. Proceed to fill up the online indemnity form before arriving to climb!
Please note that pass(es) can only be transferred once and the transfer is irreversible.
I have transferred a pass to a friend but he/she has cancelled the session. Can i have my pass back?
As mentioned above, pass(es) can only be transferred once and the transfer is irreversible.
Can i use my friend's multi pass even though i will not be climbing with them?
What is Bouldering?
Bouldering is a form of climbing without the use of ropes or harnesses. At a height of only 4 metres, protection comes in the form of mats instead of using ropes. With just climbing shoes and chalk, it is easy to kickstart your bouldering journey!
